1) How is Index Open different from other subscription providers? New images added each month from a variety of sources Index Open offers a wide variety of images from more than 100 different contributing agencies and individual artists from around the world. Many other sites only offer their own content or offer only their oldest images. The diversity in the contributors we work with allows us to ensure the breadth and depth of the Index Open collection is unsurpassed by other subscription sites. Personal Service to all Subscribers We are more than just a Web site. All Index Open subscribers have a personal Account Manager to answer any questions that may come up. We are renowned for our customer service and take pride in making sure our customers are treated professionally and respectfully.

Email us at info@indexopen or call us to discuss, at 800-690-6979. 3) Do I have to use a credit card to purchase Index Open? No, we can invoice approved customers. All invoices are payable upon receipt. Call your Index AE to discuss, at 800-690-6979. 4) Can I download all of the Index Open images? The Index Open service is intended to be a resource for images to be used during the term of the subscription. 5) Can I license any of the Index Open images individually? All Index Open images are Royalty Free and are available for individual licensing at varying files sizes at www.photolibrary.com. 6) What is the typical value of each image on your site, so I can apply the charge to my design charges? Single image prices vary by brand, however, the following prices reflect the range single image licenses cost on www.photolibrary.com.
7) Can I keep using Index Open images, if I let my subscription expire? Yes. Provided the images are first used during the subscription term you can re-use any of the images. Index Open images are provided with a standard royalty-free license. 8) I like the Index Open product description, but am unsure if you have images that will meet my needs. Can I see what is on the site, before subscribing? Yes, anyone can search the entire Index Open collection before purchasing a subscription. Our Advanced Search System helps you find the images you need. · Free text search through all of the high-res photos. · Narrow your search with a single click. · Perform Boolean and / or searches, using our advanced search feature. · Filter out images by their orientation, and color, and style. 9) Can I use Index Open images in projects for my client? Yes. Index Open images are provided with a standard royalty-free license. 10) I am a designer and interested in purchasing an Index Open subscription. 11) Does Index Open support both MAC and Windows environments? Yes, Index Open supports all MAC and Windows platforms and browsers. 12) What is the license agreement for an Index Open subscription? You can read the Index Open license here. 13) What are the cancellation and refund terms for Index Open? Index Open wants you to be completely happy with your licensed images. We are proud of the work done by our artists. If you are not satisfied with your license and you notify us within 5 business days of your transaction, we will issue you a refund by crediting the credit card you used to place your order. All you have to do is agree in writing that all low- and high-res images downloaded have not been used in any way (including both completed projects and presentations) and that you have deleted all copies of the image. Index retains the sole right to revoke this clause if it feels images have been or may be used.
Please note if you choose the monthly billing option for oursix or twelve month terms, you are agreeing to pay the full amount over the course of the subscription. You may not cancel the subscription after the initial five business day period.
